Clemmons Medical Center will be part of a 124-acre master planned area in Clemmons, North Carolina called Village Point. Located off Harper Road near the Interstate 40 interchange, the site is zoned to include a 50-bed hospital and medical facilities, an elementary school, four miles of greenway trails and sidewalks, a 17-acre pond, and tree-lined streets with bicycle lanes. Several tracts are available for development uses such as physician offices. A new road into the development, called Village Point Drive, will be built so that Harper Road will continue to primarily serve residential traffic.
Clemmons Medical Center will be affiliated with Forsyth Medical Center, a 961-bed tertiary care hospital on Silas Creek Parkway in Winston-Salem which provides customer-centered, state-of-the-art care that is second to none.
Both Clemmons Medical Center and Forsyth Medical Center are part of Novant Health, a not-for-profit integrated group of hospitals and physician practices based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, that cares for patients in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.
